  • Where is The Underground ?
    The Underground is located in the basement of The Post Restaurant at The Stanley Hotel property. The Post is located on your immediate right as you drive onto the Stanley grounds via the Main Gate. ​ All shows start promptly on time, so please allow yourself ample time to arrive, get a drink from the bar upstairs, and be seated.
  • Is there Parking available at The Underground ?
    Parking is available at The Stanley Hotel property. There is a parking lot directly in front of The Post where The Underground is concealed below, with handicapped spots directly in front of our entrance. Should that lot be full, there is still plenty of parking available just up the hill still inside The Stanley Hotel Property.
  • Is The Underground ADA Accessible ?
    The Underground is an ADA Accessible Venue. There is an elevator for mobility access to the venue, and seating is reserved for wheelchair accessibility with notice. If you require any assistance, please contact us by email or phone in advance to make arrangements.
  • Are The Shows Appropriate for Children ?
    The Underground is an adult oriented venue that features theatrical magic. Children under the age of 12 are not admitted.
  • What type of Show can I expect to see ? 
    We are intentionally focused on presenting theatrically driven magic. While each of our performers brings their unique style, one commonality we look for is a high-quality theatrical experience. This is different from the idea of the “Las Vegas Magic Show”. We are storytellers. The magic, is powerful, connective, and hopefully resonates with the guests we host. Our shows generally run 60-90 minutes depending on the performer.
  • What is the difference between VIP and General Admission?
    VIP is some of the closest seats to the stage, the first two rows of tables. General Admission is a seat in the second and third tiers of the theatre in low or high chairs. Seating is assigned on a first come, first sat basis. Doors open 30 minutes prior to show start, so it is recommended to arrive early. Please contact us if you have any seating concerns.   • How Long are The Shows ?
    Shows in The Underground range from 60 - 90 minutes long.
  • Is there really NO Re-Entry ? What if I have to leave The Theater for a moment ?
    Shows at The Underground start promptly at the scheduled times. Once the performance begins and the main doors close, we have a strict No Late Entry and No Re-Entry Policy. We run on-time, and we ask that you arrive early enough that we can comfortably seat your party. If you need to leave during the show for whatever reason, you will not be allowed back in. We work hard to preserve the theatrical atmosphere of the theater for our guests. Opening our theater door interrupts that atmosphere for the entire audience.
  • Does The Underground have Drink Service ? 
    Drinks are available at The Post Restaurant Bar located upstairs from The Underground. ​ However only 2 drinks per guest are permitted into the theater. ​ The Post Restaurant To-Go 6 Packs however are NOT allowed to be consumed on the premises. ​ Keep it classy Kevin. Should you want a beverage for the show, we'd recommend allowing yourself ample time to arrive and be seated comfortably; you will NOT be permitted to enter the theatre after the doors have shut.
  • Can I Meet The Performer ?
    After most of the performances, our magicians are available to mingle with, take a selfie, and sign posters with you. Some evenings, we have a strict schedule to keep, so they may need to slip away to set up for the next show.
  • What is the Ticket Refund Policy ?
    In line with the Ticket Purchase Policies of all Union Theatrical Houses in America, all ticket sales are final. Show Tickets are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, and Non-Transferable. It’s pretty simple. If you have a question, please feel free to reach out to our team.
  • What is the best way to Contact The Underground ?
    Any and all questions should be directed to The Underground. The Stanley Hotel and The Post Restaurant have no association with The Underground, and can not answer your questions or provide any help with shows.
